Beautiful renovated 1800 square feet architectural house. Entirely rebuilt and renovated in 2013, it is a very modern and beautiful house. It is the perfect place to stay when visiting Montreal and surroundings
The house is on 2 main levels. On the first floor you will find a large sunny open area with a 14 feet kitchen island and fully equipped kitchen with the latest cooking appliances. In this room you also have a dining area and comfortable seating’s to watch television or to enjoy the fireplace. On this floor you have a first bedroom with a queen bed and a complete bathroom with shower. On the second floor you have the master bedroom with a king size bed and a large bathroom with a shower and a tub.
On that same level, to enjoy the beautiful view of the Mont-royal Mountain and historic neighborhood you can relax in this second living room which opens entirely on the terrace. In the summer time, you can enjoy the weather on one of our 2 terraces. The first one has a large exterior spa and lounge area and the second terrace has a dining area with a cooking BBQ.
The 10 feet ceilings and abundant fenestration in every room makes it a very nice sunny and pleasant living area.
We have city bikes that can be used to discover the city. We are located in the center of plateau Mont-royal, in one of the best part. Every amenties are just on the corner of our home (grocery store, liquor store, drugstore, bakery and much more). We are at a 130m walk from Mont royal the subway station and our home is in between major park (Parc Lafontaine and Parc Laurier). Mont-royal renowned parc is just 3 minutes away in bicycle.
Plateau Mont-Royal is considered by many, to be one of the coolest neighborhoods in North America . The place to get together with friends and have a good time. Culture and the arts are an integral part of its makeup. The main thoroughfares are: . Mount Royal Avenue, St. Laurent Boulevard and St. Denis Street. You will find a variety of trendy restaurants, clothing stores, and boutiques along with bakeries and nice Cafes. The Plateau is also a residential neighborhood with a lot of young families. Most residents are young Francophones (French-speakers). Its vitality attracts many artists, and its proximity to downtown and numerous green spaces make it a highly sought after place to live.
