With our 21 years of existence, we are the “oldest” producer of oyster mushrooms in Quebec. Come and visit our shop and you will learn a lot about this mushroom. On site, in addition to fresh oyster mushrooms, you can purchase a whole range of processed products including our star products: “The delicious oyster mushroom”, “The orchard oyster mushroom”, “The essential oyster mushroom pesto”, “Morel” and lots of jams (with chaga!).
